Was this $59.99 upon new release in '92?

basicalle the game is 30 years old and only good enough to play on a phone now if you can get it to work, the graphics are obsolete. Im sure it would have been, um a good game thirty years ago, and would rank with clancys harpoon of the time, but its criminal to sell it now, it should be on the free list. Come on Steam, you have enough money to make this game free, if it works at all....
