Last Little Steps to Victory Find a secret hidden in a classic level Is it live?

Despite sprinting the entire way and trying nearly every possible route I haven't been able to beat the dev time of 11.6 seconds. I've come close (12.3) but I can't think of any way to go faster. Any tips or advice regarding the specific level or even general tips would be appreciated. P.S. If you have a time better than the dev time feel free to share it!
