Art style and music is good but oh my god why do the direction of the notes have to change, it's hard to get into the rhythm.

Let me start by saying I had so much fun with this at comic con, and same at home. The mechanics are smooth, the art style is sooooooo good, and loser girl's mapping was AMAZING. However I feel like some of the songs could be a little better. Either the singing was a bit off, or the mapping wasn't quite right. I also came across a bug where when retrying as the screen goes into the loading screen but the song resumes. I hope some of these change in the final release. Found this game at L.A. Comic-Con just yesterday, and the demo was super fun to play! It's got such a unique look to it that combines all these different mediums in such a creative way, and the gameplay is pretty simple to understand! Def one of my kind of games- 2d, colorful, and fun rhythm mechanics! I love that the game mechanics are super simple so far, but still doesn't limit the difficulty of the charts. I've always wanted a rhythm game with a track list more in line with the kind of music I like/ that isn't usually included in rhythm games. Love the soundtrack and the art kinda reminds me of psyconauts. Cant wait for the full release.
