Happy new year, thanks for playing Nonolith, we're at over 50 demo reviews in less than a month, wow! Here's an update for various bugs and minor tweaks, please note that there's some pretty significant code changes here, let me know if anything is broken.

• Fixed a bug regarding detecting the type of gamepad in use

• Fixed a bug that caused the screen to be all black when using a particular Nvidia setting

• Forced using fallback international font for Polish to avoid weird looking mixed font usage

• Fireworks now appear in front of buttons

• Meditate now stops you from flying

• Fixed a bug that caused the screen size to change every time you back out of a level

• Fixed an advanced edge case with a few spells

• Fixed a bug that caused you to grab and place on the same frame with some unusual control setups

• Prevented loading arbitrary levels by tweaking save data

• If a save file is deemed corrupt, the game now stores a backup before overriding the file

• Set a consistent priority order for basic blocks to be merged

• Cursor is only hidden if over the window and focused

• Placement of blocks now considers blocks that are moving into the grab region

• Reverted the previous update's subtle tweaks to some spells

• Fixed a bug that allowed you to back out whilst meditating

• Removed the 'Auto' Button Prompt Style from the initial setup menu as players found this confusing

• Fixed a crash when rotating and placing some blocks in the same frame

• The demo ending can now be re-triggered by removing and replacing an insignia, without backing out to the Nonolith in between

• Prevented the game from saving during the ending cutscene

• The speedrun timer now doesn't start until you first gain control of the player
