Need help. Not understanding so many things

I've been playing a week. I'm at level 11 somehow. I've just been following the quest I've been given. I've read EVERYTHING on the internet and am still confused. 1. Enhance weapons- I have a crude greatsword. can't enhance it and I've been all over and can't find anything better to buy or create. Can only enhance uncommon or better 2. Jewelry. I got the game for free and i want a refund it was just after i got to tohren square that i said forget it the grind is too much. I dont mind a bit of grind here and there but its not sustainable. i wanted a game of thrones game so bad but they would not take lesson from the show. Instead they put out this slop. The directors or producers or whoever decided this game needed to be pay to win should take a long pleasant trip to the dread fort dungeons.

you have a rich IP you know players will pay out the whazoo for a good game. Yet you screw it into the same path as always. If only ned stark bought the "ultra deluxe king maker five kingdoms one king edition" he wouldve kept his head.

dont get me wrong there is a good game beneath all of it but the greed is there. Remember children. In the real world...the monsters win.

Decent game.. right up until you can't progress the story due to "Momentum"..

Davion one-shot is bad design, not a fun challenge.
Matchmaking is also suffering.

Wanted to complete the story and explore more of the multiplayer but the Momentum requirement increases IN THE MIDDLE OF A STORY QUEST.... That's too much.

... Now that I'm typing this out, I get why they did this. They want to make the game more grindy to incentivize store purchases.. I honestly should've expected that to be the case.
