🔨 Pocket Legend Demo Update – A Message from Cassie at the Forge!

Hey adventurers!

Cassie from the forge here.
I've been training hard lately… and the results are finally in.

Enhancements at the forge will no longer fail.Yep. You heard that right.

Let’s take a look at what’s new in this demo update.

🔧 Forge & System Changes

Forge enhancements no longer fail
Cassie’s training paid off — upgrades at the forge are now guaranteed.

Food consumption when traveling
No matter how far you travel on the map, only 1 food will be consumed.

Simplified attribute names
Some attribute names have been cleaned up to make them easier to understand.

🖱️ Controls & UI Improvements

New hover reactions for items
Items now react when you move your mouse over them, making the gameplay feel more responsive.

Preview item details before picking them up
You can now right-click to view item details before collecting them.

Visual effects for vanished / discarded items
Items that disappear or are discarded now have clearer visual feedback.

Updated character selection presentation

New camera shake option

⚔️ System Changes

Some item and relic effects have been updated

🌍 Other Improvements

Translation quality improvements (ongoing)
We’ve improved localization across multiple languages and will continue polishing it.

Various bug fixes

This update focuses mainly on game feel and usability improvements.

Pocket Legend at Taipei Game Show 2026 (Indie House S16)

Hello, Adventurers!
This is Shading Box.

We’re excited to announce that 〈Pocket Legend〉 will be participating in
Taipei Game Show 2026!

Taipei Game Show 2026 will take place from January 29 to February 1at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center.

At TGS 2026, you can find 〈Pocket Legend〉 at
Indie House / Booth S16,
where you’ll be able to play the game and experience it firsthand.

Discover how filling — and emptying — your inventory becomes strategy itself.
We’re also looking forward to meeting you in person and chatting directly with you at the booth.

In addition, throughout February,
we’ll be participating in various Steam-based online events,
along with preparing new content updates for the game.

We’ll be sharing more details about upcoming content and adventures very soon.

played the demo and time flew by -- the gameplay is lots of fun and i'm in love with the art style of this game, it's stunning!!

the characters are really cute and i love the concept of them having two forms such a hidden gem!! great work

Game is not working at all

I can start it, but the fuirst thing I see is the options screen with weird entries, all labels are pure chaos, and when I finally can start a game, the screen just goes black. I don't know what happened, it's been maybe a few updates ago that I played the game a lot for the last time before now, and it always was a fun experience and a game I definitely would like to have as full version. But somehow the latest updates must have destroyed it....

Gravity-Ignoring Gloves suck

They FORCE an item to be used a 2nd time and destroy it? That's not always good.....I thought it was optional. It should be optional. WTF? I hate relics that have huge negative downsides.... Sorry for spamming so many topics today but hope you like the feedback......
