The movements are really yank, and thats kindly speaking.. Jumping up and then a backflip. The actual physical strenght to do that is insane albeit impossible, and the character show does not look to match that kind of movement whatsoever. And using AI for NPC dialog, as much as I find that to be interesting, is it generic or are there actual people that has been paid for the use of their voices?...

From what I can tell none of this is really "impressive". This looks and smells of an asset flip. The character animations are jank af. It looks like just...raw mocap data. Which, fine...he's a solo dev and may not have the animation skills to clean it up. But setting that aside, this game is entirely TOO ambitious. I’m hoping this turns out well. Hoping the dev doesn’t give up before or shortly after release. I can understand if the assets are are placeholders until he gets to money to either learn to 3d model or hire a 3d modeler. We need some hope for an ambitious solo indie game that actually pulls through, especially in 2025. ...
