How to make gamepad work in demo?

I can't figure out how to switch to it. The control settings menu has word "gamepad." And, frankly, even on a keyboard the controls are unclear. Which button takes you back to the previous menu page?

A new version of the Isle of Reveries demo is out now! This version has major updates to the dungeon, including a new dungeon-wide mechanic, new rooms and puzzles, secret rooms with treasures, and tons of quality of life updates.

🎮 Major Demo Updates!

Nintendo Switch Pro controllers are now compatible! I played through the demo both on a Windows PC and SteamDeck using an official Switch Pro Controller to confirm.

Pushing blocks has been revamped! You can now push a moveable block by walking into it like in GameBoy Zelda games -- no need to press the A button anymore.

Other fixes, including some bug fixes on the boss battle and when players spam many buttons at once...

I can't even start the demo, it prompts for some Edge Browser part to be installed, tries to do that, fails and then exits.

Why there are no controls for keyboard in the demo?

After 3min of figuring out how to control the character I gave up. I don't want to play with the controller.

Bug in First Screen

Not sure if this was mentioned before but in the first screen when you talk to Clem if you talk to him again immediately afterwards it softlocks. The dialogue never finishes. I pressed all buttons on the controller and keyboard but nothing happens.
