Hello, Pebble Knights!

This update is based on the valuable feedback from our players. We've made an initial round of improvements to our Bot companions, so they can better support you as reliable partners, especially during progression and mining.

We're aware that there are still many areas that need improvement, including single-player experience, boss fights, Underworld Bot performance, and overall optimization.

We'll continue working quickly and steadily to make your adventures smoother. Stay tuned!

\[System Updates & Improvements]

Bot Companion "Co-op AI" Improvements (Brain Tune-Up)
- Bots now prioritize your progression.
- Instead of grabbing items randomly, they act with team growth in mind.
- Improved mining and resource delivery logic → Resources are now used where they're needed most for upgrades and team progression.
- Improved emergency response → Bots will quickly move to revive downed allies.

\[Bug Fixes & Optimization]

Fixed Bot pathfinding issues in the Laplasia boss floor.
Improved optimization for some traits and weapons.
Fixed an issue where ring traits were not properly applied.

We carefully review every piece of feedback you share, and we'll keep improving the game step by step.

Hello, Pebble Knights!

Pebble Knights has officially launched in Early Access! To ensure the most stable and seamless journey through the kingdom, please make sure your game is updated to the latest version.

\[New Content: The Underworld]

For those who have been waiting for what lies beyond Day 15, the mysterious Underworld is now open!
Experience unique gimmicks and challenge the formidable bosses exclusive to this new realm.
23 new bosses and 18 new event rooms have been added to fill the Underworld with fresh challenges.
Maybe.. there's a FINAL BOSS..?

The Demo version has been taken down. Please make sure to transition to the Early Access version!

Please check if your current version is v0.1.0 EA d8f15473de.
You can find the version number at the top left of the screen.
Check your Steam Library to see if the 'Update' button is active for Pebble Knights.
If the update doesn't start automatically, please try restarting your Steam client to force the download.

If you still see the old version, try verifying the integrity of game files!

Pebble Knights Demo Patch Notes - Update 0.39.0

Hello, Pebble Knights!

In this update, we've reworked and expanded Traits, along with Angel Buffs and Devil Debuffs, to bring more variety and unpredictability to combat.

We've also improved the lobby so you can enjoy your time even while waiting, along with several quality-of-life updates to enhance overall gameplay.

\[Trait & Weapon Rework]

Improved Boss Reward Visibility
- Trait items dropped by bosses now appear as rings, making them easier to spot.
Trait Reworks
- Electric Field: Lightning now creates an electric field on impact, continuously striking enemies within the field.
- Tempering: Weapon size no longer resets over time. It now resets only when the weapon is dropped.
- Overhaul: Throwing a weapon without Traits farther increases the chance of gaining a Trait.

\[Angel Buff & Devil Debuff Rework]

Overall balance and effects of Angel Buffs and Devil Debuffs have been adjusted.
Devil Weapon Rework
- Devil events now guarantee an Abyssal Grade Weapon.
- Each Abyssal Grade Weapon has a unique effect. (e.g., Electric Fly Swatter → chance to trigger lightning on hit)
- As a trade off for their power, Devil Weapons drain HP over time while held.
New Angel Buffs
- Divine Dash: All knights can roll without limit for a duration.
- Light's Mark: All knights gain +1 trait slot.
New Devil Debuffs
- Greed: Kicking a teammate removes one of their traits.
- Devil's Allure: Grants each knight a slot containing a Dark trait.
- Devil's Pact: Gain 5 Abyssal Grade Weapons.

\[Lobby & System Improvements]

New Lobby Interactions
- Random boss remains and weapons now appear in the lobby. Warm up freely while waiting for your team!
Early Access Compatibility
- Demo players can join a King's Order with an Early Access key to experience new content in advance. Jump into your favorite streamer's lobby and play together!
- If there's a streamer you'd like to play with, let us know. We'll provide them with an Early Access key!
New Languages Added
- Turkish, Ukrainian, and Latin American Spanish have been added. More knights can now join the adventure!
Vending Machine Rework
- A mysterious vending machine that provides drinks which permanently increase stats has been added.

\[UI & UX Improvements]

Enhanced UI Feedback
- Stat changes are now more clearly highlighted when values increase or decrease.
- New animation effects have been added to the Trait UI.
Progress Status Indicator
- When the King is making a decision, a "King is choosing" indicator will appear, making it easier to track progress.
