Hey everyone! Here's a quick patch for you all this fine day!

Crash that could occur if you tried to enter the final level after visiting a checkpoint in the next-to-last level
Crash that could occur if you tried to use a teleporter while the Fury ability was active

The version numbering information on the title screen should match the title of this announcement, as should the game's titlebar.

I found two crashes The first is when using a teleporter whilst in fury. This also occurs in situations such as entering the portal to the final boss final part in The Void Crash log: ___ ### ERROR in action number 1 of Draw Event for object obj_fury_sigil: Unable to find instance for object index 721 at gml_Object_obj_fury_sigil_Draw_0 ### gml_Object_obj_fury_sigil_Draw_0 (line -1) The second crash is more mysterious... I can replicate it, but it's oddly specific and also sometimes...

Hey everyone! Here's a quick patch for you all this afternoon ^^

Address issue of background parallax pixel stretching for slow-scrolling/very distant backgrounds
Multiple minor typos addressed
Repeating the Deagon boss fight would prevent the pause menu from being openable on the world map immediately after, until another level or enemy encounter was started
If you kill the powerful enemy in the last room of Elysium before the big raising platform to the final boss, re-entering the room grants you 1000 EXP for free instantly every time you exit and re-enter

You can confirm your version is up to date by the version info on the title screen and in the game's title bar.

Shimmer when scrolling

Hi I am enjoying the game, but I have noticed a lot that when the screen scrolls, there is a very noticeable and distracting "shimmer" effect. This is what happens when you scroll the screen without having respect for square pixels relative to the target resolution. I am running the game at 2560x1440, so depending on the source art size, it may not scale perfectly. This may be fixable with programming, or may not be fixable at all because of the size of the source art. Not certain, but it would be nice if ...

(HOTFIX, Windows Only) Patch 1.1.41.1606 is Live (Again)!

Hey guys! Silly mistake on my part. I accidentally renamed the game's .exe when i was copying files over for upload to Steam, and so the old 1.1.40.1605 patch was still live 😅

THIS update however should address that. I'm going to double check after publishing this post so as long as you don't see another announcement immediately following this one, all is well lol.

[Fixed] [Spoilers] A couple of small stat menu bugs

I noticed a couple of stat menu bugs whilst looking around. Note for ones involving elements, it happens with all elements, I'm just demonstrating with fire. Also forgot to mention in the vid, but the Pistol shows as level 1 in the arsenal menu, with correct formatting but weird how it's level 1 still . [Spoilers] Bug Regarding an In-Between Area (and an Unrelated Bug With Spikes)

Video: https://youtu.be/6Jgr_eOxnqs (URL ends in 6Jgr_eOxnqs) The first bug is about being able to land on spikes (and walk around on them, not shown in the video) without taking damage. I don't know if this is just those spikes, to do with sword swing timing, to do with landing exactly on the spikes (and not inside them after gravity application), or if it's something else. The second bug is to do with an in-between area the highest cave in the Vagus Mountains leading to Mechos...
