Ich komme nicht mehr aus meiner Villa raus/I can't get out of my Mansion

Das einzige das ich noch tun kann, ist den Kamin ändern und die Gegenstände darauf verschieben. Ich kann auch kein neues Spiel starten (geht das überhaupt?). Ich habe es schon mehrmals deinstalliert und wieder installiert. Es hilft alles nichts The only thing I could do, is to change the fireplace and do things (artefacts) on other places. I have deinstalled and reinstalled the game, but nothing works....

I can change/clean only a few things in the first room. After that I stuck, can't clean, move or leave. Any help?
