I've had this game on my wishlist for long time now and I was about to buy it Day 1, but decided to mull over it just so I could savor the game more once when I feel like playing it. Looking at the list of songs and the characters, I feel like this game has somewhat of a potential for a modding community. Locked Arcs

I'm a bit confused. I cleared all the levels in the District Arc including the boss fight but the other Arcs are still locked. Are they not out or something? I cleared most levels on Hard but some on Normal if that matters.
