It feels like sometimes an item will refuse to enchant - despite being easily affordable the enchantment results in "nothing happened" numerous times (the only other outcome is the item getting wiped). Is this just chance, or is there some mechanic where an item isn't going to be enchantable for the time being?...

You will hard lock the game in an infinite death loop. Whatever you do, do NOT save an exit. Close the game without saving by exiting through the window. Unless you want to watch your character die repeatedly.

I haven't changed anything in the game and no cheats were used I also did verify integrity check and all was fine there as well. I also did a fresh install and even went as far as deleting my character and made a new one and shortly after that it crashed with no reason so I have no idea what to do next. I am playing a hardcore character that was imported from Fate Undiscovered Realms. I have repaired the statues, completed the quests for Typhon and Druantia, beat nemesis and shadow in the chamber of trials, beaten Kaos, and retired with the character but I have not gotten the achievement. It popped up in game that I had gotten the achievement but nothing showed up on steam. Does anyone have any suggestions to help solve this issue?...
