A LOT of new levels
Hint system
Permanent collectibles
Pemanent meta-puzzling upgrade
World 5 finished
World 6 finished
World 7 in development (the last world of the game)
New world 2 section with a new nature version of Earth which lets you place down a block of vines
A void orb that removes orbs in the level
A gate that moves back and forth on each ability usage
One-way platforms

Hey! I was really intrigued by the premise of your puzzle game. I played it on two separate days, and I didn't really like it at first! I was struggling with the type of reverse thinking in this game, and I felt often misdirected, like my initial intuition was always wrong. I found the order in which elements are picked up to be very counter-intuitive at first, even frustrating! As the game got more complex, this surprisingly became less of an issue. The Demo Update is here, and it features a few things I wanted it to have, but didn't have time to include in the first version. The most important new feature is the undo button, which makes the game a lot nicer to play. The update also features a bunch of level design reworks and adjustments.

This should be the only update of the demo, unless there are any problems that need to be fixed.

Changelog

Introduced the undo button (bound to "Z" by default).
Fixed a plenty of bugs (the ones related to the fire ability were the most annoying).
Reworked the dialog system, also the dialog card has a portrait (it's only the sign for now lol).
Made a basic speedrun timer, you can turn it on in the options menu.
Level name is displayed when standing next to a level portal. World info card shows up when standing next to a world portal.
Reworked a few levels.
Adjusted a lot of levels.
Adjusted Zoe's animations a tiny bit.
Other minor stuff that I don't remember right now.

By the way, the update wasn't supposed to go live today, but I've accidentally published it, whoops

After releasing the demo, I began to create more content for the game, here's what I made so far.

New stuff:

The undo system (very cool and useful)
Love (the 5th element), makes Zoe (the player) do a little kiss, resetting her velocity. The ability is mostly used in combination with other entities.
Reverse orb (reverses the order of your elemental stack upon collecting)
Order gate (opens when you execute abilities displayed on it in correct order)
Minus orb (removes the top element from your element stack)
World 4 - Amor Operatorium. It explores reverse orbs, and order gates (will also explore the minus orb in the future).
World 5 - Amor Knipe. It will explore the Love element (and only that for now, it's very early in development).
Level name is displayed when standing next to a level portal. World info card shows up when standing next to a world portal.
Trying to improve the animations, but very minor changes for now.
Fine-tuning some of the older levels to make them less cringe.
Bug fixes (yay)

I may update the demo in the future, so it features the undo system. I was also thinking about taking part in GDWC, which would be a perfect opportunity to update the demo. Other than that, I want to make an actual dialog and cutscene system next, but the development will slow down due to me doing my masters.
