Recruits! Resistance Command has deployed a critical update. Whether you're climbing the leaderboards or sharpening your skills in the field, v0.4.3 brings new tech, improved visuals, and vital fixes based on community intel.

• Custom Leaderboard Names (LBE Only): Operators in Location-Based Entertainment mode can now enter custom leaderboard names—no more Steam handles on display. (Note: Not available for home use.)

• RPG Overhaul:
  • Projectile impacts now respect line of sight.
    
  • Damage scales with distance from the blast centre.
• Hitscan Visuals:
  • Bullet trails now properly reflect the instant-hit nature of your weapons.
• Updated Game Description:
  • Clearer comms! The game now explicitly states it's designed for stationary play.
• Laser Sight Upgrade:
  • Every weapon now includes a laser pointer.
    
  • A laser dot has been added for better aiming precision.

• Visual Clarity:
  • Outline shader tweaks improve visibility across all maps.
• Alpha Base Environmental Update:
  • Made a minor visual tweak to background props to enhance immersion—keen-eyed recruits may spot the difference.
• Bravo Base Adjustments:
  • Starting tower walls lowered for clearer sightlines.
    
  • Excessive lighting removed to reduce glare on sniper scopes.

• Executable Name:
  • File now properly named “Warranty Not Included.exe.”
• Leaderboard Ranks:
  • Fixed issue where retries showed incorrect placement.
• Zero Score Reporting:
  • You’ll now be listed as “Unrankable” if no targets were hit, instead of showing an arbitrary rank.
• RPG Collision & Reloading:
  • Impact detection fixed across all bases.
    
  • RPGs can no longer fire before finishing reload.

• Shotgun Reload Speed:
  • This underrated beast is now faster and deadlier.
    • Previous Reload Time: 5.000 seconds
      
    • New Reload Time: 3.383 seconds
  • That’s over 32.34% faster—give it another go and rain shells like a pro.

• Leaderboard UI Lock-Up:
  • Minimising the leaderboard can cause it to freeze. If this happens, a restart is required.
    
  • Status: Under investigation—UI overhaul in the works!
