A lot of the early exploration was about energy. His relaxed posture, expressive gestures, and shifting hairstyles all help sell that effortless confidence: the kind of person who walks into a room and immediately owns it without trying too hard.
We leaned into modern streetwear, mixing volume, straps, jewelry, and asymmetry to find that sweet spot between curated and chaotic. Through these sketches, Mawuli starts to feel less like “a cool character” and more like someone who knows exactly who he is, and isn’t afraid to show it.
