I'm trying to get the invincibility achievement but even when i not die the counter for damage taken without dying resets. Does someone have a solution for this problem?

So I was going thru my old games for things i didn't play yet and I found this in my library. I tried to boot it up but the darn thing wont launch or just doesn't stay launched for more than half a frame so it makes only a difference in the fact of how it crashes or doesn't start.... so anyone know how to fix it? I just reinstalled windows so.......

I had an update today, and now the game says there is no saved data (which was there yesterday). Also I don't seem to be able to get fullscreen any more. Edit: The save files and settings are there in Documents/SavedGames/Battlepahts/BPSaves/Player1/ but the game doesn't see them. ...
