This update includes:

Originally, the plan for the winter update was to focus on a few extra cosmetics and gem crafting, but once we got started we'd decided to go all out and add as much new content into the game as possible!

As some of you may have noticed, many of the features in this update were originally planned for 2026 and beyond. Switching to quarterly, seasonal updates has allowed us to get much more done than the monthly updates did previously (That being said, this season is definitely an outlier, so please don't expect this much content in every update!).

After this, Guildmaster Gobbo will be taking a well deserved break. His whipping arm is tired from all the intense developer wrangling that he's been doing these past couple of months. We really hope you enjoy the new additions to the game and, as usual, we can't wait to hear your feedback about what we have built!

New Biome: Boombark Forest

• A misty new biome on the outskirts of the island

• Populated with mysterious wisps that you can chase - maybe they'll give you something!

• A smaller, denser environment to hunt in that is full of cooking ingredients

New Mission: Horde Mode

• Defend a human outpost from waves of monster attacks!

• Collect supply boxes and get back to base before the storm summons monsters

• Deposit boxes at the designated stations and hit the outline of the structure to build it

• If the human house is destroyed the mission is failed!

• Build walls, towers, cannons, buff totems and more!

Cooking System

• Can be built in the hunting hall

• Find and collect cooking ingredients while on missions

• Buy the meal from the menu and it will be delivered to the table

• You can share meals and they stack! So encourage your team to buy different meals!

Gem Crafting

• Can be built in the hunting hall

• Dump monster parts into the kiln to fill the bar

• When the bar is full, click the button to craft a random gem

• Each monster has gems for different weapons of varying rarities and strength

• You can dismantle any unwanted gems back into the kiln

New Monsters - Elemental Variants

• Scouts have reported 2 new elemental variants of monsters on the island

• The Frozen Razan

• The Chac Mantara

• These monsters are considerably tougher than their normal counterparts - so exercise EXTREME caution!

New Weapons, Grenades and Armor

• A variety of new equipment that you can spend crafting materials on

• 12 new armors with associated buffs that change the look and stats of your orc

• 4 new primary weapons

• 4 new grenades

• Exclusive cosmetics for followers

• 4 new craftable accessories

Carry Hooks

• The Airship elevator and Porky can now be upgraded with carry hooks

• Allows Porky to carry monster parts back to the airship

• Walk into Porky with the part to mount it on the hook

• Airship elevator can be upgraded to take more loot out of the level

Steam Achievements

• Added 32 Steam achievements

• Over 120 bug fixes and improvements!

• Most notably we fixed the issue with monster parts occasionally falling through the floor.

• No one ever gets this far ...
