🐾 Meet the Castaways: Steam Animal Fest Begins!

Hey Castaways!

It’s Steam Animal Fest, and while Capy Castaway isn’t out just yet, our island is full of life, and it’s time to meet the animals who also washed ashore from the flood that took Capy.

Over the next few days, we’ll be introducing some of the Castaways you’ll meet in the game, each with their own story, quirks, and complicated corner of the island. From a tangled relationship on the brink of a breakup to flamboyant know it alls where someone is wrong, every animal here has a tale to tell. 🐮🦬🦚🐦🦙

Starting today, we’ll reveal the results of our community animal poll from Discord, and share a new Castaway every day through the week!

Hey Castaways! 🌊

We’re thrilled to share that Capy Castaway will be playable at the Brazil Game Show this October!

If you’re attending The Brazil Game Show (October 9–12), you’ll get to play an exclusive version of the Capy Castaway demo, featuring a few new updates and surprises we’ve been working on.

🎮 About the Demo

While our demo is not currently available online, we look forward to you playing it in person at the Brazil Game Show. Score some goals and see what’s new on the Castaway island as you play as Capy and Corvi, who have to make the best soup for a three-headed goose.

If you’re visiting São Paulo, this is your chance to:

cute but....

first i appreciate that there's a "restart demo" feature b/c it goes straight into the demo and situating you immediately into context. so much that i wasn't prepared, and even running it a few times i still never really managed to read everything. cute game of going around and interacting with the environment. the swings, the bench, the mud pit. then game the being thrown into a contest. it would be nice to have the information like how the soup is on a meter, without having to keep cycling through the ...
