Demo Update - Controller Support and Card Reworks.

2026-02-21 Update

Fixed an issue where "Magic Bell" and "Crystal" were not recognized as a combo on the card selection screen.
Fixed a bug where the Hunting Lodge effect would not trigger when a Siege Weapon throws a Battering Ram.
Adjusted the "Giant Windmill" auto-effect interval to no longer include the duration of the effect itself. (Minor balance adjustment).

2026-02-04 Update

Fixed a bug where the Reroll button remained hidden if the reroll count increased (e.g., via the "Book" card) after reaching zero during a round.

Fixed a bug where details were not displayed when clicking rotatable cards on the map.
Fixed a bug where the wall length generated from "The Great Wall" was limited to 20 tiles.

2026-02-01 Update

Fixed a bug where volume could not be changed.
Fixed an issue occurring when entering names with a controller.
Corrected English and Simplified Chinese text for the "Mausoleum" card.
Mechanic Adjustment: Books, Coat of arms, Mausoleums, and Encyclopedias will no longer return to the deck when destroyed.

New Effect: Rerolls +1, Demolitions +1

Since this card was underutilized, we’ve completely overhauled its effect. It is now the first card that increases your demolition count.

Devil’s Tower

New Effect: Automatic (6 s): Attacks 1 lands within 4 squares with ice magic (Magic area: 2 tiles).

Buildings attacked by ice magic will have their On hit effects and Automatic effects disabled for 4s.

Another rework for a card that wasn't seeing much play. Since ice magic is not a projectile, it doesn't scale with the Armory. Instead, it has the unique power to freeze buildings.

It's cool and all but damn AI cheats too much

I've had several games where red literally has only 2 or 3 teahouses and no houses/dojos/whatever to generate units but like 15 villagers overtaking the whole map. ♥♥♥♥'s kinda retarded ngl.

2025-12-26 Update

Fixed an issue where the game would fail to launch and stay on a white screen.
- Identified and addressed some of the conditions causing this issue.

To all players,

We have updated the demo!

The main changes in this update are as follows.

"Continue" Button

You can now choose to "Continue" after a defeat in Ranked Matches.
Continuing will consume Rank Score, but allows you to recover Life and keep playing.
Play data after continuing will not be used for Ranked matchmaking.

Card Balance Adjustments

Dice

Probability now increases as a percentage of the original rate. In exchange, the growth rate of the probability has been increased.

Precision Dice

Probability now increases as a percentage of the original rate. For example, having two Precision Dice previously resulted in a 4x multiplier, but will now be a 3x multiplier.

Pirate Ship

Coins gained on attack: 1 → 2.

Monastery (Training Ground)

Reduced Monk movement speed slightly. Monks are useful in almost any match and are a top pick for many players. We have slightly nerfed them to encourage more diverse card choices (though we believe they are still quite strong).

Development for the full version is well underway! We plan to add new content, including additional solo-play stages and castle selection options. Please add the game to your Wishlist and look forward to the release next year!

Fixed an issue where abnormal behavior occurred under specific conditions when protecting land.

Fixed an issue where the appearance and behavior of Soldiers and Monks differed under specific conditions.
Fixed several potential error occurrences.

- The issue of incorrect combo displays on the card selection screen.
- Phenomena where abnormal behavior occurs due to errors.

2025-11-21 Update

Fixed a bug related to the Monk and Swordsman. This was causing multiple issues with Villagers, such as differences in their appearance and behavior.
Fixed an issue where an accelerated Monk would circle around a building after activating it, preventing a second activation.
Nerfed the Blacksmith.

Fixed a bug related to translation display issues.
Fixed a bug where the cost of Decoy and Golem did not change upon destruction.

To All Players,

The Demo has been updated. Thank you for all the feedback you have provided.

In our last update, we changed the rule so that destroyed cards would not return to the deck, and we received multiple opinions regarding this change. We realized that far more players were utilizing this feature than we had anticipated, and we have decided that card reuse should be restored.

However, we also received valid points about the previous specification. Therefore, we have adopted a middle-ground approach: when a destroyed card returns to the deck, its cost is doubled.

The frequent changes in specifications are due to our lack of experience, but we believe this update will make the game much easier and more fun to play.

The main changes in this update are as follows:

Game Rule Changes

Card Reuse

Destroyed cards on the board now return to the deck at double their original cost.

Goblins

Opponent players will only be partially revealed in early rounds; instead, "Goblins" will appear. This is because the first round has a large element of luck based on the quality of the starting hand, making it difficult to control. It should now be easier to aim for a win, 2nd place, or 3rd place in the first round.

Treasure Chest Nerf

Treasure Chests were introduced as an incentive to win rounds. Experienced players were aiming for 3rd place instead of winning the round in order to progress their builds. However, this creates a difficult situation for new players who are unaware of this method, making it hard for them to win.

We have also received feedback against the Treasure Chests. For this adjustment, we will halve the amount of Coins gained when activating a Treasure Chest and reduce the maximum amount of Coins contained in the Treasure Chests from 500 to 300.

I know this game is in its early development and all cards are subject to change but I wanted to see what others think of the balance so far. found any op combos? any cards that were so useless theyre bordeline unplayable? Ill start, the large armory is actually stupid broken. ive not seen many wipes so far but the only times i saw them was when the enemy had the large armory... X2 on all projectiles is insane and down right game breaking when pared with anything AOE. faced a player who's single magic tow...

AI Cheats

This game is rigged. There is always an AI that Cheats Gets More card that you should have at that stage of the game. I'll win 2 rounds have 20 cards and then one Ai has 32 cards with insane Magic tower spam deck that just wrecks every thing on he map. there's no stopping it. several magic circles armory's and ranch extenders and crystals. Not to mention the impossible amount of income it gets. It makes the game unplayable....

Can someone explain how this is even possible

Played against a TIBERIVS I won the game but i looked at the map at the end and tiberivs had 18 normal houses like the grey ones... i wish i could put the scereen shot in here
