I got He is coming from a bundle, including 9 kings and another game whose name escapes me.

I wish, for all the world, that He is Coming wasn't included....because it wasn't worth whatever few dollars was added on to the price of the bundle for it's sake.

It's hands down the most generic roguelike I've played in a long time. It's barebones, empty, hollow. You have one class, you have one method of play, your existence is RNG based and there's little else to the game.

Get nothing but lifesteal items and freeze items? Bad luck, jim. boss is immune to freeze and outdamages your heals. Better luck next time. Boot up and play again and hope you get the build that beats him. Fight the same enemies, loot the same items, just hope you get a better seed this time.

That's this game in a nutshell. There's no skill involved whatsoever, battles play out automatically. So you have nearly zero input. Sure you can decide which direction to go, but that doesn't...really matter? I mean sure, there's some elements of choice, but those choices that are presented are ENTIRELY random. You could say "Ok, you should have gone X route" but there's no promise that that route would have been any better, just different. Hindsight is 20/20 when your only options are "Roll high / Roll low." and your only choices are "Do you want a worse thing or a better thing? Do you want to take something or do you want to stay with what you have? Do you want to heal or do you want to roll for an item?"

It's not a game. It's an RNG-check and honestly? I don't know about you but I have better things to do than just hold right on a keyboard and hope the game goes "YOU WEEEEEN~"

Bring a mop.

Imagine playing solitaire without one of the aces, that is this game. There is like 10 minutes you can play, then its over, guaranteed. Can't do anything about it. Most of that 10 minutes you spend trashing useless items from chests. There is exactly one type of map-marker that matters (the item combiner) and most of the time it is not on your map at all. So you trash useless crap and have a very very bad feeling of wasted time.
Step one to fix: the boss timer starts to run after you visit the combiner.
Step two to fix: the backbag gets bigger every time you die.
