Looking at the achievement stats, more people have gotten the "All Stars" achievement than the individual area completion achievements. That makes no sense when you have to complete every area to even get the "All Stars" achievement.

I've unlocked all 12 steam achievements, but the in-game version of Inky mode/Hard mode hasn't been unlocked for me (the rest of the achievements appeared on time), is there any bug regarding those two?

It seems that the 4th boss can be defeated in the first five second of the stage if you shoot at him once before getting onto the wagons, is this the intended behaviour, or is it part of a bug?
