This piqued my interest, and I promptly purchased the game on Steam. I couldn't help myself and ended up playing it for the entire day. There are five male leads in the game, some of whom I'm interested in, and some who I'm not too fond of. The male lead named Yu Qi, however, left the deepest impression on me, mainly because he's so infuriating!
Yu Qi is a 26-year-old CEO of Yupin Inc., a fashion brand group, and an ingenious business elite. He's handsome, wealthy, but unfortunately, he has a big mouth. Players need to control the female protagonist to approach Yu Qi and obtain the live streaming agency rights for his company. Upon their first meeting, he verbally abuses her, which is not all, I sent him a sailboat model that he liked, but he not only didn't appreciate it, he smashed it to bits!
At this point, I was so angry that I quit the game and searched for other people's reviews online. They were mostly similar to mine, everyone was complaining about Yu Qi's bad temper. However, there were also some people who were interested in Yu Qi, saying that he was just a softie at heart. I really couldn't understand, how could anyone like Yu Qi who always had a cold face and yelled at people?
But as I continued playing, I started to understand the people who liked Yu Qi. First of all, he didn't intentionally smash the sailboat model, but did so accidentally. After I manipulate the heroine to leave in a huff, Yu Qi didn't leave, instead, he silently bent down and picked up the pieces one by one. I never expected such an act from someone who was so arrogant before.
Yu Qi is a proud, sarcastic person who initially firmly refused the protagonist's request, but later relented and said that as long as he could invite another male lead, Song Shi, a popular idol, to live stream, he would authorize the agency rights. As the game progressed, Yu Qi's proud and sarcastic personality was thoroughly demonstrated.
