After a short introduction with chatting and transferring control to the player, nothing happens. The tutorial says to move by clicking the mouse, but this doesn’t work, although everything was fine in the prologue. Changing the resolution and trying to move by pressing the keyboard didn't help either....

After starting chapter 3, when Shizuno receives a message on his phone, I can't do anything else to keep playing. However, if I choose to go back to the title screen, after clicking on "Exit", it prompts the message app on Shizuno's phone, but then it's too late. What can be done to fix this?...
