In the long time we've been working on Song of Slavs, we've accumulated some news that we'd like to share with you and hear what you think about them.

Due to the high nutrient content in the food, the inhabitants have become smarter and have started talking to each other occasionally!

Prince! We sent men to look for bees and found them! Now you can, thanks to the idol, put an apiary in the forest. We agreed with the bees that they will give 1 unit of food every morning and also attack monsters.

We've had a lot of birchbarkers come to us about not understanding how to interact with idols! We tried to make the appearance more understandable. Now near the runes show lights depending on the amount of idol resource, also shows how much faith is needed for this or that order.

In case something goes wrong: not enough resources, faith, buildings - the character will tell you about it, so that you understand what goes wrong. The prince used to be shy about giving hints, but we talked him into it.

🔥 Key Highlights:

• New Weapon Types: Clubs and Maces! These weapons attack faster than pitchforks and hit multiple enemies at once, but deal less damage.

• New Enemy and Updated Animations for an Existing Monster!

• Completely Reworked Combat System! Wave-based battles are now more dynamic.

• Unit Health Display: Unit injuries will now be visually represented through the state of their clothing.

• Updated Idol Resource Visuals!

• First Story Added! Approach the Old Man to ask him to tell you a tale.

🔨 In parallel, we're working on the game campaign: environments, unique structures and monsters, unique locations. For example, we're currently developing the water visuals for a special location (work in progress)!
