This game should be the golden standard for RPG games. Honestly, this game's graphics look crap, audio levels are unbalanced, controls are janky and you literally need an unofficial patch from a fan to even play the game. Yet it's the most fun I've had in years. This game was so good it has taught me to truly not judge a book by its cover.
Long story short, I played as a Malkavian (considered clinically insane vampires) and felt like one because the npcs treated me like an insane mfer. It basically shows that a game does not need 48572897 endings to feel replayable because of how the world reacts to you, it's not perfect (not surprising given its age) but I can't think of many games that do a better job in terms of RPG elements. Too bad Bloodlines 2 abandoned this part of the game.
