If a the cat was walking to a waypoint when the player re-loaded a previous save, the cat would continue to walk to that waypoint after the save was loaded.

Adjusted a few level streaming volume whose location and size were not correct, causing streaming levels to occasionally unload.

The music in the elevator was not turning off when the cat exited it.

The vent near the shopping mall reception should have been locked from the outside but wasn't.

If you pressed the "credits" button mid-game it never went back to the main menu again.
This is a terrible, embarrasing mistake. It is what happens when you don't test things enough. As always I apologise for such a basic error.
