Are there still 1 or more plan/s for some nice and suitable steam achievements (at least 5 or 10 achievements) which can be published for Cyber Space Driver maybe?

is it possible to select a specific level without going through each one? Loading a level takes several seconds, so if I want to play level 4, I have to load 1, 2, 3, then finally 4, in a row, and this takes quite a bit of time. The images show there is a level 5? How to play it? Can time of day be set? I want to drive during the day, or at sunset....
