Having played FATE when it first got released under WildTangent's label (around 2005) separate from the Steam store page listing, i've managed to go through all 4 original games over time, meaning i'd paid for each one... thus i write the review simply to point out to the developer(s) who released the reawakened version, that they're basically asking full price for all 4 games once again, rather than offering a proper upgrade discount for owners of the previously released games - I am aware other developers who've remastered their older game titles bringing them in line with newer technologies, they don't ask full prices for the remastered versions, instead offering to upgrade their current purchased version for a significant discount... if you're asking full price for remastering of older games, then perhaps that's an indicator of the company's financial situation (or personal for that matter lol)...

PS, my recommendation for FATE extends to all four original releases, rather than the newest Reawakened versions, don't get me wrong on that!

It looks great, old, homey, cozy, and warm.
Do you like shooting, well they have bows.
You like magic, they have spells and staffs.
Like stabbing folk, they have swords.
Like sitting back fishing and having a beer, they have fishing too! Sadly no beer.
Like helping people, well they have things for you to do.
Like not having adds everywhere, no adds in sight.
