This update features the following changes:

• Capacitor Banks fixes to how they manage reactive power allocation, return for disconnection, off/on peak transition etc as well as visual tick movement when mouse-over of supply substation

• Added gamepad wheel (L1/Left Bumper button) to more easily build assets when using gamepad. R1/Right Bumper button is now toggle game speed instead of using L1/Left Bumper for speed down and R1/Right Bumper for speed up.

• Added remaining subtitles for Tutorial Videos (previously only the first had subtitles)

• Add "Daily Income" and "Daily Maintenance" to Finance panel to help with planning costs

• When using the shortcut method (holding Ctrl) to connect a solar panel, wind turbine or grid battery, the chosen inverter to connect to is the nearest one that has the least connected to it rather than the previous method of simply the nearest inverter unless chosen otherwise through the UI. This allows for quick connect without overloading inverters.

• When connecting solar panel, wind turbine or grid battery, it will briefly show floating text of the inverter you connected to and it's current loading eg "Connected to Inverter 4 (25%)"

• Fixed event where running out of oil and then buying oil (with only power generators for supply) was not triggering a black start event. A black start event will now be trigger here as well as for other events when no power supplies are synchronised.

• Reduced scroll bar sensitivity

• Added drop-shadow to most UI panels and buttons. Other UI visual improvements.

• Reduced minimum power value from 450MW to 400MW to close circuit breaker when energising nuclear reactor, making it easier to start

• Changes to community notice "Improved Power Quality" pricing as well as lasting twice as long

• Improved navigation with gamepad some UI such as regulator panel

• Bug fixes including one causing issues flag on substations when no issues present, street lights staying on during day, stutter of camera movement if changing game speed while moving etc
