Thanks again to everyone who has been playing Wound Man, reporting bugs, and sharing feedback. This update includes several quality-of-life improvements and fixes.

Changes

Added quick access to Collections from the Main Menu, Level Select menu, and the Esc menu.
Improved the flaying puzzle on Level 114 (Challenge) by making the parts easier to distinguish.
Fixed an issue preventing the "To the Bone" achievement from unlocking correctly.
Fixed an issue preventing the "SSSSSSS Ahhhhhh" achievement from unlocking correctly.
Fixed an issue preventing the "Tis But a Scratch" achievement from unlocking correctly.
Fixed Steam achievements not registering properly when earned while playing offline.

As always, thank you for your continued feedback and support. I'm continuing to work through player reports and improve the game with each update.

Thank you to everyone who has been reporting issues and sharing feedback since launch. This update addresses more of the most commonly reported puzzle frustrations.

Changes & Improvements

Fixed sticky cursor issues on Levels 10 (Challenge), 14 (Challenge), and 15 (Special).

Added the ability to restart the leech mini-game on Level 10 (Challenge).
Added a checkpoint after completing the first puzzle on Level 9 (Special).
Improved piece placement accuracy and tolerance on Levels 9 (Special), 15 (Special), and 17 (Special).
Additional bug fixes, quality-of-life improvements, and performance optimizations.

Thank you to everyone who has been reporting issues and sharing feedback since launch. This update addresses several of the most commonly reported puzzle frustrations.

Changes & Improvements

Reworked the End Special puzzle to provide a smoother overall experience.
Reworked Level 101 (Special) to make piece placement more forgiving and accurate.
Reworked Level 123 (Special) to make piece placement more forgiving and accurate.

These changes should reduce frustration caused by overly precise piece placement requirements while preserving the intended challenge of the puzzles.

I'm currently working on similar improvements for three additional levels that have been frequently reported by players. Those fixes will be released in an upcoming patch.

Review in progress - 2 hour in.

Only played 2 hours, but this already feels like a great puzzle game. It's sort of a jigsaw where you put historical medical charts and illustrations, going back to at least the 1400 back together. There are three dificulty levels on each of the 30 levels. 1 that holds your hand and basically tells you where the piece fits, 1 that doesn't and is pretty much the default difficulty and then 1 with some kind of special rule (timed, no mistake allowed, do it in reverse and so on). Uses from what I've seen a lot of real historical paintings and illustrations, and yes it could possibly be a bit much if you are easily squeamish. A lot of content for the price with 90 levels and secrets to be found on all of them. Will probably take a while to complete.
Can definitly recomend this.

level 14 challenge secret is Impossible

There is a glitch that won't allow the left foot and right back calf muscles to be cut. I would guess if you fully skin him you will get the item right? Also if any one knows how to get the secret on level 13 special I would love to know.

Manuscript in the first level

I cannot for the life of me find the manuscript in the first level. I've seen the clue, I've combed through all three difficulties and I can't find it. Please help!

Level 15 Special - Requiring Pixel Perfect Placement

Hi there. Really enjoying the game! Level 15 Special is pretty difficult, at least for me. It requires pixel perfection. Some pieces snap into place, and others are in the right place, even according to the Manuscript, but the game says that it isn't correct and then I have to start over. This is random as well, it's never the same piece that snaps into place and it's never the same piece that requires perfection. Is this a bug I'm encountering? Or maybe I'm missing a mechanic? Thank you!...

A great and unique puzzle game that can be a little challenging but never feels impossible. Every level has Casual, Challenge, and Special modes, each with its own secrets. The game is a bit buggy right now, but the developer is actively pushing out patches and responding to bug reports and suggestions on the Steam forums.
