I change Full screen window in setting thn I see only black screen cant play

Hi there! As is my habit when starting a new game, I changed the graphics settings to low immediately, despite it probably being unnecessary. This turned the text into incomprehensible fuzz, made my mouse cursor giant, and my sensitivity through the roof! In my attempt to fix it (going back didn't reset the changes and applying other qualities changed nothing) I changed the resolution. This... broke it entirely. Now when I launch it I'm met with a slightly (and ominously) flickering light on a blank screen...
