I downloaded Toki Tori 2+ Level Editor and when I launch the game, I get a Steam Error: Application load error V:0000065432 very sad :(

Everytime I try to start the Level Editor this message shows up: "Toki Tori 2+ failed to start" Any tip on how to solve this?
