Clickers/idlers are a dime a dozen. Given their intrinsic nature (little engagement required of the player, the inevitable success through character upgrades, etc.), even an okay one doesn't inspire a recommendation as you might as well play one of the many other slightly/much better ones. Cookie Clicker, Shelldiver, Space Rock Breaker, etc.

Duncrush at least has some very, very minor strategic elements in the timing and placement of your player character during combat. However, variety is critically low (every stage is literally the same minus the visuals and damage scaling), visuals feel straight out of a licensed pixel art pack and upgrades are about what you'd expect rather than there being any personality inserted or much mechanical depth.

It's not a bad game, just a boring one. I'd give it a mixed rating if I could.

Fun game but done (except from endless mode) in 3-4 hours.
