How to change the language?

I had a good go at Arcade mode, to see if anything interesting happens. there is some stronger enemy types, You can get a limited amount your perks, (if u use the extra life perk, u can get another perk when its gone), It could be me, but the game seems to speed up a little bit, maybe between waves 100-300. Above that there is no notable difference between waves. I kept going till it was over wave 1000.
