I noticed that there are two achievements for what appears to be a speed run of the game, but Steam says that 0% of players of this game have gotten it. Has anyone actually gotten it? Any ideas how fast you have to be to unlock the achievement?

I find and buy all DLC in "Live Freemium or Die", and now have 160 coins. I can't find the last 40 coins to get to the boss fight. I look every corner. What I'm doing wrong???

I can't figure this one out for the life of me... I tried putting in "the master code" a few different ways but nothing seems to be doing it? HALP! Edit - Precisely3 gave the correct answer...
