I have unlocked most of the ships and weapons, so I started aiming for completing high threat runs but I am getting stuck at just the 25 threat mark. So what threat modifiers are good to take, what ships and weapon combos are good ? I also feel like I bricked my game by unlocking all the upgrades as the upgrade pool is just so huge now. Any tips are appreciated....

Literally the only thing lacking with the 1.0 update. 20 runs and zero artifacts encountered, the spawn rate is still abyssmal. Also what the hell is the HP of the Shapeshifter Boss, I have all passives unlocked and still it takes 5-10 minutes to beat. I understand that it's supposed to be challenging, but slaping absurd amounts of HP isn't a challenge....
