I literally can't get more than 50-60 cycles before my pop starts dying off. we should be able to get a basic life support as part of the tutorial. also, I get building options but I need to research the tech and that the research building don't appear until I'm well in to the game which makes it even harder to get the life support because it takes time to get the research points you need to unlock anything that's needed for life support...

Will there be more map options than the current two we have?

First, I love the look of the game. The aesthetic is excellent and really drew me in. The core gameplay is solid, if a tad unoriginal. The game progresses pretty predictably, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Turn off the 'idle colonist' bell chime -- I would say please , but it's too important. I tried to play the demo three separate times and shut it down after less than five minutes each time do to the constant chiming of the bell. It is so unbearable when trying to play the game at ...

So I have been trying different strategies, but no matter what I do I run out of either these before I can research the necessary tech: I either have not enough tiles to mine, not enough water to power the moss thingies, not enough time before my oxygen runs out, not enough time to gather enough research to have some specialiced exo-farmers to create water from ice... I feel like I am doing something horribly wrong, maybe a fellow player can help a sister out? :D...
