Is this game still coop? I played this a long time ago and im convinced it was. But the store page says otherwise

Maybe someone can help me out here.I have the DLC "Heaven's Above" alright.I went to play it and cannot find it listed in-game by that name.Is it listed within another DLC title or is there some other way to access it? Thnaks.
