When I hit "b" I am able to build a radar (but I have no idea what it does) How to build other stuff? Of how to choose what to build? (Turrets for example)

Cool game first off. Need some descriptions on what each structure does though. Some structures I figured out through trial and error and some I could not. Also when accessing the Command HQ its purpose is very confusing .

Where can I see them? When I die and am on the sceren to "Last save" or "Menu" I can move the cursor but cant continue. Tried every button :/

Good day, I'm not sure if there is a place to track bugs and report issues, but after giving the game a go, I've found a few places that the game locks and crashes. I'd be more than happy to share whatever information I can as I'm currently unable to beat the game. Thanks in advance for your help....
