Completed the story mode today including all the quests ect. (everything unlocked and bought) and still im stuck with these 5 achievements that wont unlock. I cleared 6/7 substories for Woobi, because the 6 is missing (so I have 5 and the next one is 7). What can I do about this?

Hey, I'm just wondering whether I should play the substories the instant I get to unlock it or wait till i finish the main story. Is there any spoilers there? Do I need to skip them for now?
