I have a 4K monitor. The UI is unreadable. Do better.

what a game! Feels like wizardry but without all the permadeath. I did look up some puzzle solutions but managed most of the easy to mid level stuff on my own. The end boss was a big surprised and I'm very glad to have a boss that wasn't super obvious and came with some mechanics too it. I'm also a fan of the spell casting system, and the start with nothing beginning. Game holds up even in 2026, whish I would have played it through long ago. Check it out!

A testament of the genre that fails to be fun or engaging for most of it's runtime, the game design is more focused on being "annoying" than anything more, some of the so called "puzzles" (the ones requiring stupidly precise movement) made me severely angry and question whether the dev was smoking copious amounts of weed laced with fent while making this part of the game.
I would say skip this one and go directly to the second game, this entire game felt like I was playing an early beta release or one of those crappy indie horror "games" made in the 2000s e.g the infinite stairs one.

PS: I would not say this was a "hard" or even "challenging" game, it was just very tedious most of the time, the combat loop is extremely simple after about half an hour of struggling and never particularly evolves, the most I had to do was juggle the throwables from inventory to hands for my Rogue and this is on hard difficulty...
