Is there any way I can play again with new people. I've deleted the game and restarted but it just says my decision is final then closes my game

For me I'd have to go with either the Foster Dad who didn't let his adopted daughter (Eva) ever leave the house, or the young boy who cyberbullied multiple people into committing suicide and had zero remorse about it.
