The only positive thing about this game I can say is it makes me glad that gaming has evolved past...this. Yes, it's dated, but other games from this era weren't so dang hokey. The controls are awful, the enemies are laughably bad, most of them just stand still and shoot. Everything dies from a single arrow. There's a soundbyte that play literally throughout my entire playtime, every 60 seconds or so there's a "HIYA HIYAAAAAAHI-YAA!" going off in the background. The first boss didn't even touch me and all i did was walk in a circle. This is bad. This is so, so bad, and not even in an amusing way. The only reason I have it is because it was part of a dinosaur humble bundle, and there wasn't even a single dinosaur in my time playing (I know I only played for ~90 minutes, but I've always known Turok to be a fps series with dinosaurs and SOME humanoids. This one? It's aliens that spit undodgeable acid at you & humans that shoot dodgeable bullets. Unless you played the original and want some nostalgia, I can't understand anyone enjoying this.
