Nothing but bangers and fun gameplay

Anger Foot made me...well....angry. Beyond all means. I literally don't think there was a moment I was playing this game thinking "What the F**k am i playing". Regardless, i tried to give it a fair chance, but ultimately, it falls VERY short. Lets discuss the game.

Gameplay
Anger Foot’s gameplay feels shallow and repetitive almost immediately. The core loop which is kick doors, clear rooms, and repeat wears thin fast, with little depth to keep things engaging beyond the initial novelty. It leans heavily on speed and chaos, but lacks the tightness or variation needed to make that chaos consistently fun.

Level Design
The levels come off like oversized mobile game arenas, with simple layouts and predictable enemy placement. There’s a very “tap-and-go” structure to each stage that makes everything feel disposable rather than thoughtfully crafted. It rarely feels like you’re overcoming a clever challenge just rushing through another copy-paste gauntlet.

Music & Comedy
The soundtrack tries hard to be edgy and energetic but ends up feeling grating and, at times, outright cringe. The humor leans heavily into that same awkward tone, packed with millennial-style writing that feels forced rather than genuinely funny. It’s loud, chaotic, and often more annoying than entertaining.

Graphics & Character Design
Visually, the game goes for a stylized, exaggerated look, but it ends up feeling cheap and underwhelming. Character designs lack personality, and environments feel bland despite the bright colors and over-the-top presentation. It gives off more “budget indie experiment” than a fully realized aesthetic.

Sneaker Powerups
The one standout is the variety of sneaker powerups. Each pair meaningfully changes how you approach levels, whether it’s altering movement, combat flow, or overall strategy. It adds a layer of experimentation that the base gameplay desperately needs, and it’s easily the most interesting part of the experience.

Overall
Anger Foot has a strong concept, but it’s dragged down by repetitive gameplay, uninspired level design, and a tone that tries way too hard to be cool and funny. The sneaker system shows flashes of creativity, but it’s not enough to carry everything else.

Played the demo, absolutely adored it. Picked up the full game and had an absolute blast. The humor, art style, well polished mechanics... everything is so well done here. And it is just about the right length. Absolutely recommend this to anyone that looks at the trailer or plays the demo and thinks "♥♥♥♥ yeah this is for me" lol
