I can't separate them, it seems buggy, what's going on?

I can't figure out in what kind of sequence to pick them, there are always two or one bee left.

Steam will not start this game and says it's may be a virus.

I can't figure out what I am supposed to do. It's the puzzle where you have to grind up black blobs with tentacles then place the result in a pipe. Any help would be appreciated.
