For some reason my rmb just stopped working with the axe. What's going on?

What is this one about? I cannot seem to find it. Thanks in advance.

Anyone else notice that as soon as you step foot outside the starting area, The Day of Night soundtrack from Silent Hill 2 starts to play?

Hi, Devs. Yeasterday, I've finished my walkthrough after leaving an orphanage and everything was fine. Right now I'm continue playing, BUT: - I've lost heavy amount of my ammo for pistol/shotgun; - I can't attack with an axe now... Any POSSIBLE ideas?...

First of all, congratulations for the game, I had a great time with it! I have a bug to report though: you can't crouch with left ctrl as stated in the controls menu, you have to press C instead, but if you do, you can't stand up any more, you have to re-load the game to fix the issue....
