When I was defeat with clothes on stage 09, it came out to be CG naked. Was it BUG?

Left click to advance scenes. Needed to start stage 1 and H scenes. The most important control is mousing over her head in the menu and left click and moving the mouse for head pats. when every enemy does a grab attack you cant be hit down to 0 health for the extra animations, is there a key to press to lose health on ur own or how are these animations even meant to be collected?

Is there an effective way to level up that I'm missing? I saw the achievement for getting level 30. There's no way that's going to be possible. The enemies give no real experience after a while. I went through all of level 9 as a level 14 and only got about a 1/5 of a bar's experience. On the lower levels, you get nothing for actual experience....
