Can I switch to full screen mode, and if so how...?

I enjoy the game very much so far, some minor things bug me though: The focus shot (shift key) does not seem to be mapped to an Xbox-Controller button. I currently have to use Joy2key to work around this. Also, the pause button is mapped to the X button, probably would be more canonical to map this action to the START button. And while we're at it, most apps use Alt-ENTER for the full screen mode, not plain ENTER....
