The Cruel King

How am I supposed to beat The Cruel King? Almost every attack he does is instakill. I have Queen's Chisel (75 DMG) and this weapon seems weak for this fight. Is there a better weapon somewhere? Is he the last boss? Is there any walktrough (either text or video)?...
